Update Call

Greetings Rhizo Families,

As many of you know Dr Shawn Ritchie, the CEO and Chief Scientific Officer at Med-Life Discoveries recently passed away. This has naturally led to a time of adaptation in his absence while we mourn our loss and plan for the future of MLD.

We thought that families may have questions about what happens now and how the company intends to move ahead. For this call we will be joined by a member of the MLD Board of Directors, Craig Bell, who will provide the thoughts of the board on the future of the company. Following brief updates by Tara and Craig, we will open the call up to answer everyone’s questions. Those questions can either be asked directly using your camera/microphone, or if you are more comfortable you can type them into the chat box.

The zoom call will take place on October 19th, 2026, starting at 6 pm ET.
